Tenancy Payments
Payments prior to tenancy starting will need to be made to Brinley Lettings directly, if your property is fully managed then all further payments will be made to Brinley Lettings. Alternatively, if you deal with your landlord directly then future rent payments will be made to them.
Pre Tenancy (payable to the Agent)

Holding deposit - 1 weeks worth of rent

Payment of £50 to change your tenancy agreement

Late rental payment fee of £25 per week, after 14 days of rent not received

Call out charge of £50 for lost keys/locked out of property or a service along those lines, plus the cost of keys or device
